Meat Lasagna.

Approximately 4-6 doses.

Ingredients you need:

500 g lasagna
150 g parmesan cheese
300 g mozzarella cheese

Meat Sauce
3 tbsp olive oil 400g

1 chopped celery in 2

bay leaves 1 carrot 1 tomato

400 g canned tomatoes
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons red wine
1 tsp sugar salt

black pepper nutmeg basil

béchamel sauce (white sauce):
80 g butter
1 liter milk 1 cup flour

salt and white pepper nutmeg
