Works 4 Content – 1 pound thin spaghetti (or whatever long you want the pasta!)
– 1 pound medium shrimp (or prawns as my mother would say), cleaned and deveined

– 1 / 2 cup butter
– 1 cup dry white wine
– 3-4 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
– 1 / 4 cup fresh parsley, coarsely chopped

Carbonara facts:
There are so many varieties of Carbonara that it is difficult to sort them out. Typically carbonara made with pancetta or guanciale, egg yolk and parmesan cheese blended with spaghetti.
